This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Client (“You”, “Your”, or “Client”) and TheraBizSolutions, a division of The Vex Mind (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By booking our services (via our website or any official TheraBizSolutions channel), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.


1. Scope of Services

TheraBizSolutions provides the following digital services for licensed mental health professionals and therapy/counseling groups:

  • Directory listing in 10+ trusted online platforms (free platforms only)
  • Personal brand development and profile creation
  • Custom-built portfolio website (if included in your chosen package)
  • Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization
  • Social media promotion and targeted advertising
  • Year-long content and marketing support
  • Custom lead generation strategies
  • Email marketing and CRM setup (where applicable)

Service scope depends on the package chosen. Add-ons and upgrades are available.


2. Booking and Onboarding

To reserve your spot, you must complete the $9 booking. This is a non-refundable setup fee and will be applied toward service preparation.

Within 48 hours of booking, you will receive:

  • A secure intake form (SureForms)
  • Access to your onboarding dashboard
  • Instructions on any verifications needed (e.g., for GMB)

Once your intake is submitted, we begin setup and directory submission. No extra payment is required at this stage.


3. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Initial delivery: 70% of your services will be completed within 7 days after intake.
  • Ad campaign & promotional setup: Starts on Day 10, runs for 21 days (Meta Ads fully funded by us).
  • Remaining services and refinements: Delivered within 3–4 weeks.
  • Ongoing support: Continues for 12 months, based on selected plan.

We provide detailed updates and deliverables regularly via email and shared folders.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective service delivery, the Client must:

  • Submit the intake form with accurate and complete information
  • Provide any required verification (Google Business, directories, etc.)
  • Grant delegated access to Google, Meta, or other relevant platforms (only when necessary)
  • Communicate actively and respond to requests within 3 business days

Failure to cooperate may result in project delays or limited outcomes.


5. Payment Terms

  • All service packages (except the $9 booking) are pay-after-service, meaning you only pay after receiving core deliverables.
  • Your final invoice is due within 5 business days of successful service delivery and approval.
  • We offer PayPal Business payment options and installment plans, if requested.
  • No hidden fees. Ads for the first 21 days are 100% funded by us.

6. Ownership and Licensing

All work (website, profiles, content, branding) created for the Client belongs to the Client after final payment is made.
Until full payment is received, the Company retains rights to access and revise deliverables if necessary.

Client is free to edit, modify, or move assets at their discretion once payment is complete.


7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

All client data, including profile info, brand preferences, and private details, will be kept strictly confidential. We never share or sell client data.

8. Communication and Support

Support is available via:

  • Email: support@therabizsolutions.com
  • WhatsApp/Phone (as applicable during onboarding)
  • Video calls with our Client Success Manager (by appointment)

Response time: within 24–48 business hours.


9. Limitation of Liability

TheraBizSolutions is committed to providing high-quality digital services. However, we do not guarantee specific results (such as income levels, traffic volumes, or client bookings) as these depend on external market factors and client engagement.

Under no circumstance shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.


10. Termination and Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel anytime before intake submission, and we’ll refund the $9 booking fee.
  • After intake is submitted, the booking fee becomes non-refundable, and early cancellation may limit service delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client is uncooperative, abusive, or violates ethical boundaries.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Client receives services. Disputes, if any, will be resolved amicably, or through a neutral mediation process if needed.


12. Acceptance

By booking and submitting your information to TheraBizSolutions, you agree to this Service Agreement in full.
