Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or purchasing any of our services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of services provided by TheraBizSolutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking services, or engaging with our team, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Offered
TheraBizSolutions provides digital solutions and marketing support for mental health professionals and organizations. Our services include:
- Website development
- Directory listing management
- Google Business Profile setup and optimization
- Facebook/Instagram (Meta) ads and post boosting
- Lead generation and personal branding
- Marketing strategy consulting
- Logo design and branding assets
- Client onboarding form setup and automation
The scope of each service is outlined in your service package or invoice.
2. Booking and Payment
A. $9 Booking Fee
A non-refundable $9 booking fee is required to reserve your service slot. This ensures your place in our limited client queue.
B. Pay After Service Model
We begin work after your booking is confirmed, and most services are delivered within 7–21 days, depending on the package.
After delivery, full payment is due via a secure method (PayPal Business or other agreed platforms).
C. Full Package
Our Full Package is priced at $1,999 USD, and includes website creation, Meta ads, directory listings, marketing support, and more. Payment plans may be available upon request.
3. Refund Policy
- The $9 booking fee is non-refundable.
- Once major components of the service (e.g., Google Business Profile, website, or ads) are delivered or published, no refunds are issued.
- Partial refunds may be considered only if a written request is submitted before service implementation begins.
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery of services, clients agree to:
- Fill out the intake form promptly and completely.
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your practice or group.
- Cooperate in verification steps required by platforms like Google or Bing.
- Review and approve drafts/content/designs within a reasonable time frame.
- Notify us of any changes to your contact details or business information.
5. Ad Campaigns and Budgeting
- We run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads at our expense during the initial promotion period (Day 10 to Day 31 after booking).
- This includes brand awareness, post boosting, and lead generation ads to help position you as a leader in the mental health field.
- After the initial phase, clients may optionally invest their own ad budget. We will provide full strategic support to maximize ROI.
- TheraBizSolutions is not liable for the number of leads, appointments, or revenue resulting from ads, though we aim to generate results quickly and effectively.
6. Delivery Timelines
Most services are delivered in stages:
- Initial onboarding: Day 1–7
- Google Profile + Directory Listings: Day 5–10
- Meta Ads & Lead Generation Campaign: Day 10–31
- Website + Branding Materials: Within 14–21 days
- Long-term Strategy: Month 2 onward (for full package clients)
Delays may occur if necessary inputs or verifications are pending from the client’s end.
7. Client Data and Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your business details, personal data, and submitted materials are used only for service delivery and never shared or sold.

8. Intellectual Property
All custom-created materials (logos, websites, ad copy, directories, graphics) are the intellectual property of TheraBizSolutions until full payment is made.
Upon full payment:
- You own the rights to your website, branding assets, and materials.
- We retain the right to feature anonymized versions of your project in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
9. Limitation of Liability
TheraBizSolutions is not liable for:
- Loss of income, clients, or data caused by third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Delays due to incorrect client information or late submissions
- Regulatory or licensing issues on the client’s end
- Results outside our control (such as platform algorithm changes or local competition)
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement or disputes:
- Clients should first contact our Client Success Manager at hello@therabizsolutions.com.
- We aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally within 5 business days.
- If a resolution is not possible, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including:
- Abuse or disrespect toward our team members
- Suspicion of fraudulent or unethical practices
- Refusal to comply with verification requirements
Clients may also request cancellation with prior notice. See Refund Policy above.
12. Changes to These Terms
TheraBizSolutions may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, law, or company policy. Any changes will be posted here with the revised effective date.
Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
